Supervisor should be assigned to a numbered & proper floor opening cover (According to EHS Guidelines)When you remove the covering &/or go outside the barricade you assume responsibility for your works, and the resultant safety of all others.
1. Fall prevention measures properly done to protect workers working at the opening ?

2. If barricades/covers are removed are there anchorage points for fall restraint purposes? Are these PE endorsed? Are barricades relocated for the protection of others accidently walking to the opening?
