Attendance

CTMS attendancecomes with the biometric system where the worker would have to scan their face or scan their fingerprint so that to take the attendance of the worker.

Together with the biometric system, CTMS provides a feature for recording attendance. CTMS would record the time the attendance was taken, as well as whether the worker was checking in or out of the construction site.

Let’s take a look at and example.

Worker Jerry has just arrived at the site. He scan his fingerprint or scan his face onto the biometric device. His attendance will be recorded down and reflected in the system.

After work, before he leaves the site, he scan his face or scans his thumbprint again and it will be recorded in the system that he is checked out. 

Green text and grey text indicates that he is checked in and checked out respectively and the “GATE 2 IN/OUT” is the gate location where he is checked in or checked out. The number is displays the time. The supervisor may choose to upload photo together with the attendance sheet.
